Confirmed Service Customer
On the day of dropping off my car for my appointment, the dealership was a lacking in communication. I received the original text stating who my advisor was right after drop off, this was around 9:00 am. I replied around 1:00 asking for status, no response. I called the service department at 4:45, stating my advisor was not in that day. Was transferred to service manager, I left a voicemail. He returned my call about 30 mins later, he did not have an estimate on my car being complete but would know something by noon the next day. Day 2 and beyond the communication was much better. The part was found and car was fixed a few days later.
