I took my car back for a recall issue. They said it was not covered under the recall or under the emissions warranty when it was my DEF injector that need to be replaced. Once I told them I wasn’t gonna pay for it. I would do it myself. They wanted to charge me 250 for a diagnostics fee, which I was never informed of to begin with so I ended up having to pay for an oil change just to get my car back. On a positive note they did wash it.
