Confirmed Service Customer
I arrived slightly before my appointment time (10:00am) and was greeted by my service manager John Baumgartner. Since my service call was for an oil change and accompanying services, I planned to wait for my service. After more than two hours, when I inquired about the progress on my car, I was told the service staff was two technicians short and the work on my car had not been started yet as a result of the back log of other vehicles. Since I am retired and had no other appointments, I had more coffee, relaxed and continued to wait. Just past 1:00pm my car was ready, with a good report of all items checked. My wait was tolerable, staff pleasant and service excellent.
