I got to the dealership check myself in, went and had a seat. Walks around about two hours later only to see my car in the same spot. It had not been worked on the service rider forgot about it. He said he would have it done as soon as possible it still took another hour plus For a job that should’ve taken an hour maybe an hour and a half. I spent 3 1/2 hours there not good.

I wasn’t happy overall with Chevrolet altogether however, Jeremy was wonderful and I only had one issue which I’m assuming Jeremy wasn’t there as they were supposed to wash and vacuum my vehicle and it wasn’t done thoroughly It looks like it got sprayed down, but still had stuff on the outside, and it definitely was not even attempted to be vacuumed.

Brought vehicle in with a list of things to check out, but communication with Tech and setting a clear timeline left something to be desired as I did not expect to leave vehicle in shop for 2 weeks. I had to go there three times before I was able to secure service and a loaner car despite having appointants. Communications could have avoided these delays.Once we got going things seem to go pretty well. When I went to pick up my car, it was'nt right. Later I was informed I need a new battery. So be it, now everything is running smoothly. The loaner car was very nice.

I finally got a CEL check engine light, because I've been having issues with my truck for a month. I brought the truck in on Tuesday after work on 7/22/25. I got lucky they were able to work on it that day. Within 20 minutes they found the problem and they showed me what they found, the flex tube that connects to the air cleaner was loose. I told them it was my fault because I changed the air filter (every 10,000 miles) about a month ago. So I agreed to pay for it rather than trying to get warranty to pay. Thanks Autonation to finding the problem so quickly and fixing it right away...

My vehicle was left at AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater on April 18th for the transmission body valve failure ( truck was under the factory warranty by the GM) . AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater made numerous attempts to GM trying to expedite delivery of replacement part but without success. After FL State Attorney Office and BBB got involved part was delivered from the GM after FOUR MONTHS waiting. AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater installed it immediately and my truck was delivered to me next day. Great service at AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater. As for the GM I have nothing good to say. Communication with them was cold as they were totally uninterested to solve the problem. I will definitely avoid GM products from now on.

I was very satisfied with my oil change and the tech that helped me. That being said I was very disappointed to hear that I needed a new battery. I was also shocked to hear the car was sold to me with the original battery knowing that a battery does not last 5 years.I thought that the battery was only a few years old and was shocked that it wasn't I've barely had my car a year I assumed that just like brakes and tires a battery would be checked before selling any vehicle.

I stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment, just to ask what could be done to fix my mirror. The service advisor (Chad Rados) was polite and professional and checked with the parts department for parts availability and scheduled my appointment for 3 days later which was for my convivence. I brought my truck in as scheduled; Chad had the service manager verify what would be needed for repair and I was told it could take up to 2 days to complete the repair. Chad arranged for a driver to take me home and I received a call the same day that they had completed the repair and arranged for a car to pick me up and take me to the dealership. The service department fixed my mirror and I'm more than satisfied with the entire transaction, start to finish. Thank you, AutoNation.

He went above & beyond explaining the service required on my vehicle by consulting directly with service staff about the question of replacing my stripped wheel locks or changing them out for lug nuts so that I could make a choice suited to my needs & thereby going ahead with a tire rotation & also going the extra mile by personally putting the 40 lbs of air in my tires that I requested. He also secured a family discount to my final bill thereby securing me a savings, which I really appreciated. Offering to take me home & pick me up during my service, was also appreciated. He is definitely an asset to AutoNation Chevrolet for his courteous & professionalism. Also I would also give Brian Able, financial manager a 10 for excellence which I consulted on details for the vehicle protection plans available as my plan just expired. Bought all of the warranties to go with my vehicle and they apparently cover nothing that I need fixed, although we were told multiple times we would be covered from "bumper to bumper." Every time we had an issue that was not covered, they tried to offer us a discount on the services because they know what was told to us at the time of the vehicle purchase is not what was promised here. We have been to the service facility multiple times now and definitely will NEVER go back to this location. My car was there for over a week for the radio and this last time they had it for THREE days for an oil change, which they forgot to do until the last day. They also never updated me with the status of my vehicle either time (unless we reached out), so we had to call multiple times a day to get any information about what was being worked on and when it would be done. Would give a negative star rating if possible.

If I take my Chevy to a certified Chevrolet Service Center over a drive thru oil change I expect full service. I just moved to the area and I'm not only looking for a newer vehicle I'm looking for a place to service my vehicle. For me that place will be based on trust and service. I know this service exists because I had it in the past where I used to live. I didn't get either at your center. Super disappointed. At the very least I expect my windshield to be washed and front area swept out. I will need to keep looking.

Scheduling online was super easy, fast and extremely convenient. I got to the appointment about 15 mins early, and they took my car right back and got started. I got the oil changed because my husband and I were going to Pensacola the next day to move my Father down here. Two things I wish I would’ve known going in: 1 once we decided to put on the car, it took close to four hours to complete the purchase. Way too long. 2 I was blindsided by the fact that the extended warranty was a little over $8500.. that should’ve been indicated to me along with the purchase price. Went for a recall for my vehicle at 7:30 AM and as soon as I walked in all the employees were on their phone I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for a few moments, the service advisor named Chad acted totally unaware of my appt and even asked what the recall was for. After 20 minutes of finally getting my car checked in and being sent to my job via Uber, I got text updates about my vehicle and recommended additional services. Mind you I’m at work so I’m not on my phone at all times and I got the same text message three times and I finally responded not interested to which Chad responded “I figured”. As a woman being totally uncomfortable with the interaction with this man I felt as though I was being treated as less than or not capable of affording it so I decided to email his manager named John Baumgardner to inform him of his employees behavior and he let me know he would speak to him and get the problem “rectified”. Upon picking up my vehicle, there was two coworkers speaking to each other one was in a vehicle so I could not tell who it was, and someone standing outside the vehicle and they kept pointing and looking at me. So if the manager did indeed speak to Chad, I don’t believe it’s professional to gossip about a situation where you being the face of the company would act in such a manner that customers feel uncomfortable. I’m not sure if other women have experienced this interaction with Chad or if he just chooses to treat customers this way it’s not right and it should definitely be addressed and I hope no one else has to go through what I went through and I will not be returning to this location.
