I had made an appointment on line for 7 am for a 7500 mile first oil change , tire rotation and multi point inspection. I was told the oil tech’s were late and would not start until 8 am. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed that a couple of tire valve caps were missing, grease on the doors and no multi point inspection left in the truck.
